Kiwi ice lollies

Ingredients:

– 3 kiwis
– 75 ml water
– 2 tsp honey
– 4 mint leaves
– 4 ice-lolly sticks
– 4 ice-lolly moulds or cups

Preparation:

Peel the kiwis and chop them into pieces. Take a bowl and puree the kiwis to a smooth mixture. Add the water and honey. Finally, add the mint leaves and puree again. Pour the mixture into ice-lolly moulds or cups and insert the ice-lolly sticks. Leave the ice lollies in the freezer for four hours and they’re ready to eat!

Kiwis are good for you. They’re full of vitamins C, B and E. They actually contain more vitamin C than lemons and oranges. And kiwis also contain a lot of fibre, which is good for your digestive system.

Kiwis are low-calorie, so they’re a great choice for anyone who wants to lose weight. But make sure you don’t eat too many because they do contain fructose (sugar). Two per day seems to be a good amount. Combine kiwis with a healthy diet. This will allow you to lose weight.
