Beansprouts tea

Ingredients:

– hot water
– beansprouts

Preperation:

Add a handful of beansprouts to a teacup and pour some boiling water over the top. Allow the tea to brew for about ten minutes, after which time the water will be infused with all the healthy nutrients. Enjoy!
