– 1 avocado
– 1 tin of coconut milk
– juice of 1 lime
Mix the avocado with the coconut milk and lime juice in a bowl. Add some honey to make the flavour a bit sweeter if you’d like to. Stir all the ingredients together well and pour the mixture into some ice- cream moulds. Insert some sticks and leave the moulds in the freezer for at least four hours.
