• 2 leeks
• 5 tbsp olive oil
• 5 slices of Ardennes ham
• 5 slices of mature cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Remove the outer leaves, top and bottom of the leeks. Then wash the leeks.
Slice the leeks into pieces around 5 cm long. Cut the Ardennes ham and mature cheese to the same width as the leek.
Then lay out a piece of ham and place a slice of cheese on top. N.B.: Make sure the ham sticks out under the cheese on one side. You will use this to seal the roll.
Roll each length of leek in ham and cheese, then arrange them vertically in an oven dish. Sprinkle the leek rolls with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle a spoonful of olive oil over each one.
Cook in the oven for around 35 minutes.
