to serve 4:
– 500 g penne
– 400 g chicken breast – 250 g cherry tomatoes – fresh basil
– salt and pepper – mixed herbs
– olive oil
Cook the penne according to the instructions on the pack. In the meantime, chop the chicken breast into small pieces and sprinkle it with mixed herbs. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the pasta and toss it in a little olive oil. Fry the chicken breast until golden brown in the frying pan. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan for the final five minutes, so they are nice and soft. Mix the pasta through this and sprinkle with some fresh basil leaves.
