Persimmon smoothie

Ingredients:

For 2 glasses

– 2 ripe persimmons
– 1 frozen banana
– 250 ml almond milk
– 0.5 tsp ginger
– 0.5 tsp cinnamon
– 1 star anise

Preparation:
Wash the persimmons, remove the stalks and chop them in pieces. Add them to a blender with the other ingredients and mix for a minute to make a delicious smoothie.
