Yes, the gift subscription ends automatically. You do not need to do anything else.

Yes, you can. The best way to do that is through this site. Go to ‘Subscribe’ and let us know which language you would like the magazine in (Dutch, German, English, French) as well as which country you would like it sent to.
CAN I ORDER OLD ISSUES OF DAPHNE’S DIARY?
You can order old issues of Daphne’s Diary through this site, under ‘Magazines’ in the shop.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR PRODUCTS IN THE WEBSHOP?
Orders received before 15.00 on working days are packed and sent the same day. The delivery usually then takes one to two working days. We rely on the postal service.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
You can see the delivery costs when placing your order. The delivery costs depend on the weight and dimensions of your order and the country it is being sent to.
ARE MY DETAILS SECURE?
Details entered in the Daphne’s Diary webshop are secure. Security is important to us and we handle your details with strict confidentiality. The online payment options are secure. The pages are protected with SSL, which means your details are encrypted before being sent and it is impossible for third parties to view your details. We do not save your credit card details, such as the number and expiry date. Bank-card or credit-card details (in the case of iDeal and credit-card transactions) are not entered on our site but on the pages of our payment partner Ingenico, which are also secured.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
If you can show that the products do not meet expectations, you are entitled to return the product to us within fourteen (14) days, in its original state and original packaging, with the invoice/packing slip and the reason for the return and dissolution of the contract written on the back. Returns should be sent, with delivery costs paid, to: Daphne’s Diary BV – Diependaalselaan 3a – 1213 TD Hilversum – The Netherlands.
State the reason for the return clearly and provide your contact details (including a phone number if you are available during the day). You will be liable for the direct costs of the return. Any delivery costs we have already received for the returned products will be refunded after the dissolution of the contract.
