I filled in a wrong address on my order. How can I change this?
Please send an e-mail with the correct address and your order number to shop@daphnesdiary.com.

If I want to check out the shopping cart is empty. How is this possible?
The website is currently experiencing a technical difficulty. Please try again later. I fit still does not work, please send an e-mail to shop@daphnesdiary.com.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
Every order will be processed within three business days. Shipments for Europe have a transit time of 1-2 business days. Shipments outside of Europe have a transit time of about a week. Please note: during ‘Black Friday’ and Christmas for example the shipments can be delayed.

I received my order with damage. What should I do?
Please make a picture of the wrapping and products and send them to shop@daphnesdiary.com.

Can the products in the web shop be delivered in every country?
The products can be delivered everywhere, except in Switzerland.

Is there a discount/coupon available?
Please subscribe to the newsletter and stay informed of all promotions.

According to my track and trace code the shipment is being held. What should I do?
Please contact the local transport company to get the shipment delivered.

How can I cancel my order?
Please send an e-mail to shop@daphnesdiary.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, your order can be cancelled.

I received the wrong items. What should I do?
Please make a picture of the received items and your order number and send them to shop@daphnesdiary.com.

I would like to reset my password, but I do not receive the reset e-mail. What should I do?
The reset e-mail is marked as spam. Please note the e-mail is save and you can open it from your spam.

 

Subscription
I am already a subscriber. Can I get the same discount as new subscribers?
Every subscriber gets a discount for subscribing. It is not possible to get a second discount on your subscription.

When do I receive the magazine?
The magazine comes out eight times a year (every 6-8 weeks). You can decide from which issue you would like to start your subscription.

How much does a yearly subscription costs?
You can find the current subscriptions costs on the subscribe page.

I ordered a subscription but I did not receive the confirmation e-mail. Am I doing something incorrect?
You probably received the confirmation e-mail in your spam. If this is not the case please send an e-mail to info@daphnesdiary.com.

How can I change the address of my subscription?

Can I receive the magazine in a different language?

Can you give a subscription as a gift on the same address as the giving party?
Yes, you can. The subscription is a lovely gift for your spouse or another family member.

I gave a subscription as a gift. Will it stop automatically?
Yes, a gift subscription will stop automatically. You do not have to do anything for this.

I have send an e-mail to customer service but I do not get any response. Who can help me?
It will take several business days before you get a response. If you did not receive a response after a week, please call 003185-8884310 or send an e-mail to info@daphnesdiary.com.

 

Daphne’s Diary
Since when does the magazine exist?
The first edition came out in May, 2012.

How many issues are there each year?
The magazine comes out eight times a year.

Who makes the illustrations in the magazine?
Each year Daphne choses a different illustrator for her Diary stories. All the other images are her own creations or from Shutterstock.

How can I be featured in the magazine?
Please send an e-mail to info@daphnesdiary.com.

The extra’s in the magazine leave ugly glue stains. Can you please change this?
The complaint is known. Daphne is searching for a different solution.

Where can I buy the magazine?
You can buy the magazine online in the web shop or at the bigger supermarkets.

Can I also buy older issues?
You can only buy the older issues that are still available in the web shop.

Why is the new issue still not for sale in Australia?
The magazines for Australia are being transported by boat. Therefore they have a longer transit time. Australia is more or less two months behind. Daphne is searching for a different solution.

Are the Daphne’s Diary products also for sale in stores?
Besides the magazine, each year the Daphne’s Diary Journal appears in stores. All the other products are only for sale in the web shop.

Where in the United States can I buy the Diary Journal?
In the United States you can buy the Diary Journal at Barnes & Noble.

Can I use the images of Daphne’s Diary in my own creations which I sell?
No, you are not allowed to use the images of Daphne’s Diary if you intend to sell them. Even if you changed the design. Daphne has all the rights on all her images.
