Rinse 100 g of lentils with water and leave to drain well. Mix the lentils with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spoon them into a glass jar. Cut half a cucumber into small pieces and add these on top of the lentils. Arrange cubes of goat’s cheese on top and sprinkle with almonds. Cut ten strawberries in pieces and place these in the pot. Finally, add a large handful of iceberg lettuce to the jar.
