You will need:
– paper-making mould (two frames with gauze in the middle)
– seeds, such as wildflower mix
– container of water
Shred the paper. Make the pieces as small as possible and then put them in a blender. Add a little bit of warm water and mix to create a thick paper pulp.
Then pour this into a container of warm water and leave it to soak. Stir it regularly. Next, add the seed mix and stir it through the paper pulp.
Now carefully fill the paper-making mould with the paper pulp. Make sure the whole frame is completely covered. Lift the frame up, so that any excess water can flow off.
Place the frame on the felt and use the sponge to squeeze out as much water as possible. Then leave the paper to dry on a piece of newspaper or some more felt.
Repeat the previous steps for the rest of the paper pulp. I decided to write a little thank you on my cards and decorate them with string to make them even prettier.
Just sprinkle some soil over the top of the seed paper and wait for the flowers to grow!
