Strawberry ice creams

Ingredients:

– 100 ml water
– 300 g fresh strawberries
– 2 tbsp granulated sugar
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Ice lolly moulds
– wooden sticks
– a blender

Preparation:

Rinse the strawberries under running water and remove the hulls. Put the blueberries in a blender and then add all the other ingredients. Blend to a smooth liquid. Pour this into the ice lolly moulds and leave in the freezer overnight. The next day, your ice creams will be ready to eat.
