Stuffed apples with granola, toffee and spices


– 4 small apples
– 10 tbsp granola
– 2 tbsp raisins
– 8 soft toffees
– 50 g butter
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 4 cinnamon sticks
– 4 star anise


Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Slice large pieces off the top of the apples and hollow them out. Mix the granola with the raisins, butter and brown sugar. Stir through the cinnamon sticks, star anise and toffees. Wrap the apples in aluminium foil and bake them for around half an hour in the oven.
