Stuffed pear

Wash a pear and make four lengthways cuts it. Make sure you don’t slice the pear all the way through. Remove the flesh from the indentations you have made. Cut some goat’s cheese into pieces and mix these with almonds and Romaine lettuce leaves in a bowl, sprinkling them with olive oil. Fill the pear with the salad mixture.
