Sundried tomatoes with humous

to serve 4:
– 1 jar of chickpeas, drained
– 1⁄2 jar of sundried tomatoes
– juice of 1 lemon
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 tbsp tahini
– olive oil
– salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients in a food processer or blender until smooth. Pour some olive oil over the top and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
