Chocolate bar with hearts
This makes such a lovely gift! Give it to your Valentine or just to someone you love.
You will need:
– chocolate, use all the leftovers you can find in your house, mixed together
– sugar hearts
For extra decoration:
– nuts, seeds and dried fruit
Here’s how to make it:
Break the chocolate up into small pieces and put everything in a bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of almost boiling water to create a bain-marie and allow it to melt. Once all the chocolate has melted, turn the heat off and stir a couple more times.
Take a heaped spoonful of sugar hearts and stir them through the melted chocolate. If you want to add some other ingredients too, you can do that now. Stir everything well one more time and then pour the chocolate into the mould. Sprinkle some hearts over the top to finish. Put the chocolate bar in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.
