Father's Day chocolates

Ingredients: (for 8 chocolates)

– 3/4 cup of coconut oil
– 6 tbsp pure cocoa
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– pinch of salt
– 100 g melting chocolate (milk)
– edible glue
– blue writing icing

Preparation:

Melt the oil in a pan. Add the cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Stir this mixture until combined well. Pour it into an ice-cube mould and allow to set for 20 minutes in the fridge to form small chocolates.

Melt the melting chocolate in a bain-marie. Cover your counter in baking parchment and pour the chocolate over this. Allow it to cool and then cut out rectangles to fit exactly around each chocolate. Stick these in place with the edible glue.

Write a text like #1 dad on the chocolate with writing icing.
