What you’ll need
Serves 4
• 75 g rucola
• 50 g blue cheese
• 1 pear
• 1 punnet of blueberries
• A handful of pecans
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
How to make this salad with pear, rucola, blue cheese, nuts and blueberries
- Wash the pear, remove the core and cut into pieces.
- Wash the blueberries and dry them well.
- Cut the cheese into cubes.
- Put the rucola in a bowl.
- Add the cheese cubes and mix gently. Then add the pear pieces, blueberries and pecans.
- Make a dressing from a bit of olive oil, water, salt and pepper.
- Stir this through the salad and mix everything well.
