Pancakes

Pancakes met kaneel

Ingredients:

– 240 g flour
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 4 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 5 tbsp honey
– 240 ml milk
– 150 g quark, 20% fat content
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– oil for the pan
– berry fruits

Preparation: 

1. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a measuring cup.

2. Mix honey, milk, quark, eggs and vanilla extract in a bowl, carefully place

    the ingredients from the measuring cup in the bowl and mix evenly. Mix

    together until there are no more lumps.

3. Heat some oil lightly in a pan, place the dough in a small dessert ring, fry

    briefly, then move the ring upwards and turn the pancake. When it is

    ready, remove and add the ring over the pancake again to get nice and

    even pancakes.

4. Crush berries with the hand mixer, pour through a sieve and serve as

    a sauce.
