Baked Feta Pasta

Sometimes you just don’t feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen, but you still want to put something delicious on the table. This creamy feta pasta is just the recipe: you pop the feta, tomatoes, and garlic in the oven, and while they’re baking away, you cook the pasta. In this blog post, you’ll learn how to make a delicious, creamy pasta dish with just a few simple ingredients—one that’s always a hit in our house.

Ingredients:

To serve 3-4
• 200 g penne or fusilli
• 200 g feta cheese (1 block)
• 250 g cherry tomatoes
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• salt & pepper to taste
• fresh basil (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Place the feta block in the center of an ovenproof dish. Surround it with cherry tomatoes and garlic, drizzle everything with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft and golden.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente.

Once baked, mash the feta and tomatoes together, stir in the drained pasta and toss well.

Top with fresh basil if you like.

Have fun cooking!
Love, Daphne
