Pineapple breakfast

Pineapple is one of my favourite fruits. It makes a delicious snack but it’s great at breakfast time too. Juicy and refreshing! I especially love making this pineapple breakfast with granola and Greek yoghurt in the summer but it’s tasty all year round. Try serving this in a nice glass, so you can see all the different layers.

Ingredients:

– fresh pineapple chunks
– Greek yoghurt
– granola
– maybe some honey, vanilla extract and nuts, like almonds or walnuts

Preparation:

Pineapple is full of vitamin C. The perfect way to start your day! This breakfast made with Greek yoghurt, granola and pineapple is lovely and light but very nutritious too. Just what you need. To make this delicious breakfast you start with pouring some granola into the bottom of your glass, then a layer of pineapple, then your Greek yoghurt and top it off with some more pineapple. You could stir some honey or vanilla extract into the yoghurt and add some nuts, like walnuts or almonds, to the granola. Enjoy!
