Homemade chocolate spread


– all the white and dark chocolate you have laying around
– 1 tsp cocoa
– 2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
– 1 ½ tbsp hazelnut oil
– 50 g butter
– 5 drops of vanilla essence
– 1 tbsp runny honey
– 1 tsp cinnamon


I break the bars up into pieces, mixing dark and milk together, and then melt them in a bain-marie. Next, I gradually stir in the rest of the ingredients. Finally, I pour the mixture into a glass jar and leave it to set. That way I have something delicious to spread on my toast and I don’t get tempted to snack on the chocolate lying all around the house.
